Alternative Format Information for Faculty
Faculty should communicate with Alt.Format@oregonstate.edu to coordinate production of texts and course materials in alternative formats. DAS will alert you via email if these accommodations are needed. If a student makes a request for alternative formats directly to you, please have them contact DAS.
If the instructor is selecting a new textbook, please ask the distributor if the textbook is available in E-text. If the choice is between two textbooks of comparable content with one textbook available in E-text and the other not, please consider adopting the textbook that is available in E-text.
