Alternative Testing Information for Faculty
Faculty will receive an email from DAS identifying appropriate testing accommodations for the student. Please review the email and consider the impact of the accommodations in the context of your class. Discuss any questions or concerns you have with Alternative Testing Coordinator. Additionally, it is the student's responsibility to meet with the instructor to complete the online testing contract. Testing accommodations can be provided by the instructor or in collaboration with DAS. More specifically, the professor can provide the room and proctor or work collaboratively with DAS to coordinate the room and proctor. Please review the notification email for specific alternative testing requirements as they may vary from student to student.

If the professor utilizes blackboard for administering exams then he/she will need to work with the student to create a testing contract and with E-campus to disseminate the passwords to DAS.
